Bartolotta Di Mare in Las Vegas is a great Italian restaurant. The decor and ambience are awesome and I would suggest requesting a table outside under a cabana by the pond.
Chef Paul Bartolotta has created a beautiful restaurant serving Italian Coastal Cuisine. It is a Four diamond restaurant and serves mainly fresh fish and seafood flown in daily from the Mediterranean.
I enjoyed our meal here, Warren isn't that big of a fan of seafood but he was here for me. He did
still enjoy the dinner, but next time he will stay with a land based choice.
Location:
Wynn Las Vegas
Food Style:
Italian Coastal Cuisine - Four Diamond rated
Dining Style:
Elegant.
Favorite Dish: We chose the "Menu di Paranza" (family style) with a lighter fish - so the chef chose the menu - it was fun and an adventure! The fish was amazing!
Pros:
Ambience is incredible (we sat outside). Staff were great. We enjoyed the
experience of dinner.
Cons: Hard to get into - MAKE A RESERVATION - and really busy on Friday and Saturday. Food was a "little too seafood" for Warren. If you like seafood you will love it. Especially if you like to try new things.
Here is one that was recommended to us - Zefferinos in the Grand Canal Shoppes
We also LOVED
Sirio Restorante at the Aria in City Center.

Del Friscos Steakhouse is without a doubt our favorite off strip restaurant. We have tried the one in Las Vegas and New York. Las Vegas is more intimate, whereas the one in New York is more, well New Yorkish.
Make sure in Vegas you ask to see the secret book that is the key to wine bar. It really is a spectacular experience.
The wine list and cellar are incredible and a visit to the cellar is an event! To enhance your experience ask for the Sommelier. He will recommend the perfect wine to complement your dinner and your palette and if you ask nicely, he may even take you on a guided tour of the wine cellar.
Warren took our nephews to Las Vegas for their 21st birthday. He made sure that he too them to Del Friscos. They had an amazing dinner!

Hyakumi
Sushi is like nowhere else at Hyakumi Japanese Restaurant in Caesars Palace. We always stop by for lunch or for a snack.
The sushi is amazing. It is fresh and great. Even before I got a chance to write about Hyakumi - Andrew wrote a review about it here. He says it all!
Unfortunately, however, when we were there in October of 2011, Caesars had a sign up that they were building a Nobu restaurant. This may mean that they are going to close Hyakumi...we are hoping this isn't the case as we always make sure we take a trip here for Sushi!
Other visitors have reviewed Yummy Sushi located off strip (although the reviews on UrbanSpoon weren't so good), and we reviewed Nobu Restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel,
